Chris Roberts
Director, Innovation - Aires
I help people and organizations out-think and out-perform their competition. My work focuses on four key components: 1.) leveraging the combination of design thinking and agile frameworks to facilitate collaboration and execution; 2.) Building great teams (and culture) that do amazing work on time; 3.) Respecting and leveraging others' past efforts and expertise while also pushing them to adapt and pursue innovation; and, 4.) Creating and relentlessly accomplishing goals. I'm a Di for all you DiSC fans out there.
