Time & Location

Aug 08, 2022, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PDT

T-Mobile Park, 1250 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134

About The Event

Batter up! The PSRC Summer Meeting is set for Monday, August 8 at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.

Step up to the plate and get ready to enjoy an afternoon of education, ballpark-inspired snacks and premier seats for the Mariners vs. Yankees game (7:10pm start).

Please note that we are offering custom PSRC baseball jerseys to commemorate the day. If you would like a jersey, you must register by June 30. We need to accommodate production/shipping timelines, and we can't confirm that those who register after this date will get a jersey. We appreciate your understanding!

Check out the guest list for this event.

Very Important! Please Read T-Mobile Park's Bag Policy!

If your travel plans have you departing Seattle Monday after the game, please do not bring your luggage with you to the ballpark. We are encouraging all guests to leave luggage and any large bags with the concierge at their hotel as T-Mobile Park does not provide storage for oversize bags.

The park's official bag policy is available on the Mariners' website. Please be mindful of these requirements as we don't want anyone to have issues when going through security.

Most importantly:

  • Clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are permitted. One gallon clear plastic zip-top bags are also allowed.
  • Security must be able to see inside and identify items to the bottom of the bag. Items may not be used to obscure the view of bag contents, including but not limited to non-clear bags, pouches, etc. Bags with interior contents obscured from view are not allowed.
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted. (Bags do not have to be clear plastic or vinyl.)
  • Backpacks, multi-compartment bags, duffle bags and purses larger than 4.5"x6.5" are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present).

Getting to T-Mobile Park

Guests are welcome to use rideshare services, public transportation, drive or walk to the meeting. The cross streets for the third base entrance are 1st Avenue S and Edgar Martinez Drive S.

If you drive, there is a parking garage located across the street from the stadium. T-Mobile Park has provided this PDF document with more details and directions.

Guests are also encouraged to watch our virtual tour from earlier this week for guidance on getting to Ellis Pavilion. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Dress Code

We're keeping things casual for this meeting. It's going to be a high of 85 and a low of 64, so dress comfortably for sitting outside at a baseball game! If you ordered a custom PSRC jersey, it will be given to you at registration.

Social Responsibility Update - Northwest Harvest's BIPOC Food Voucher Program

In lieu of a silent auction, we are hosting a fundraiser benefitting Northwest Harvest's BIPOC Food Voucher Program.

Donate to our Fundraiser!

The BIPOC Food Voucher Program aims to respond to the historical and current disadvantaging of Black-, Indigenous-, and People of Color-owned businesses operating in the food systems of Washington State. By providing vouchers to local food outlets, community members who experience disproportionately higher rates of food insecurity will be able to make purchases for what they determine is best for themselves and their households. Through interwoven partnership with BIPOC-led and -serving community organizations and BIPOC-owned food outlets, this program aims to stimulate local economies across Washington state, celebrate community strengths, and promote the resilience of both community members and small local businesses.
